Sadly having to update my 5-star rating to 1 because the app has stopped working. It hasn't been updated, does not receive notifications. Have provided feedback in the app as well but no responses. Seems like this is abandoned.

Finance tab is not able to pick up finances. Before the updates, it used to read all finance transactions and showed it in the finance tab. After the update, it is not even recognizing finance messages.

The app was working perfectly before the last update. Since then, there are multiple bugs and notifications are not coming at all. Every message has to be checked manually. Many users have already reported this issue, but there is still no fix or update. Even after emailing the team, there has been no response. Hope the issues are resolved at the earliest, as the app experience has gone downhill after the update.

Uninstalled after using it for like 6–7 years! One of the best things that came out of Microsoft R&D in India. An app which solved Indian problems. But, it has gone to the gutter lately. Fake sms, old sms reappearing, latest ones not appearing. I am feeling that this is the job of a new AI feature you are trying, but do that in beta!
