It is a very good app as an alternative to Google wallet. But its design is actually a little outdated and some nice features as the category's function from the Sparkasse app for payments are missing. And overall, why is this app dedicated to the Sparkasse app?

It just works. Doesn't make problems. Apart from when paying at terminals from SumUp. Where my card isn't (and AFAIK all BW-Bank-Cards aren't) accepted when using this App. I'm not sure who is to blame. Maybe the App or my bank. But I think it's SumUp's fault, actually.

Give us the option to add the card to Google wallet or Samsung wallet please. This app never works

Sparkasse is the worst bank, I'll soon close my account. Its card can't be added to google wallet, Samsung pay etc. and yet these mobiles befallen is very buggy. I clear data and type all my bank infos at least once in a month because the app suddenly crashes and can't be opened at all. I recommend switching to another bank with some flexibility.

I can see daily that German people constantly do what ever it needs to isolate themselves from the rest of the world imitating acces to services for the outlander. I live in Germany, I do business here, I pay taxes here, I use english language, I do have a Kreissparkasse account, but I cannot use this application because is only in german language. Also is protected from screenshots, translate applications, so, too much hassle. All EU countries give acces to foreigners, except Germany.
