I'm finding this app very helpful in tracking my food and symptoms. I like that you can get a report from it to share with your healthcare provider. I'm using the free version.

Even in the free version you can log EVERYTHING. What you eat drink, if you've been exposed to some environment, if you've exercised, bowel movement, symptoms. It's perfect. And it makes me want to buy the full version because it's this perfect app to keep a diary of everything for my allergies and the full version adds even more value to that. It analyzes common factors of your symptoms and more. First time I have no issues with a diary for allergies app. Also. IT HAS ALL THE FOODS AND DRINKS.

I have found this app useful in tracking my IBS symptoms in relation to my diet. It helps me keep track of my meds as well. Once you get used to it, it's relatively easy to enter your meals, meds, exercise and symptoms. I had hoped to get some analysis from the free version, but I guess you have to buy the Premium version for that. As it is though, I can figure out what I ate that gave me symptoms usually anyway. At least it's all recorded here.

Went to record my first meal, and it was not in the database. Ok, I will add it. What A Joke. Adding ingredients is insanely stupid. Copy/paste? Not a chance. Instead, you must look up each item in their database. Slogging through 40 entries for Corn is just stupid. No way to filter to "verified" entries means search results may contain vulgarities added by other users, and generally bad data. Sorry I paid for a year subscription based on internet reputation. App is sooo bad.

Genuinely evil as a company. I need to track my symptoms but locking basic app functions behind a subscription is pure evil.

Waste of time! I used it for months, but apparently I had an anonymous account? When I got a new phone, I can't access any of the months of data I had. So I completely wasted all that time and have no history of my symptoms now.
