Once you buy, get ready to solve every problem yourself. No one at Vivint knows how Vivint works. I had to pay to get them to come out and replace a faulty camera. A week later, it's broken again lol New problem... the camera sees every moth and notifies me. However, it does not see my car driving down the driveway or me standing right in front of it. Guess the expensive camera is just a dummy decoy deterrence device. Is this really a security company?? Thermostat schedule doesn't work.

Very terrible. The app does not work at all. There should be a no star option. That's what this app deserves along with the Vivint system.

Every time they update the app, they break it even more. Constant black screen when trying to view cameras and when setting detection zone. Had one of my cameras moved about 4 months ago and when trying to calibrate the lights, it STILL shows the freeze-frame from the old location instead of the current placement. Have reset all cameras, reinstalled the app, etc. Service is way too expensive for it to not work.
