Edit: Apparently there is a fix. If you revoke permission from the hub, send another invitation, then reinstall the app, it works 98% of the time. Not sure why this fix isn't more readily available. Original: Terrible! This app used to work fine, but now it won't even load or notify you of anything. The only way to make it load is to uninstall it, and reinstall it. Even then, it only works that one time, then won't work again without uninstalling.

it's good when you know technically, but I don't I need security system that is good they need to fix all their playback and the app but like every componey that has security. there is always some stuff that don't work. The cost is like for rich people the app sometimes work sometimes it doesn't but knowing that I feel safe in my own home help but when it doesn't work they come and fix it ASAP and that gives me security so 4 stares. . Hope they fix all their stuff

I am just so frustrated with this app. Is it their system, the app or the cameras or the service sucks. I ABSOLUTELY HATE vivint now. I keep updating, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Keep turning my phone off and on, changing the Wi-Fi, it just DOESN'T WORK. NO STAR. The worst system. The cameras and the app are absolutely useless. When you need to go back and rewind for a bit, it errors and keep saying HOW TO FIX IT. If you need it for an EMERGENCY, let me tell you, YOU ARE F***ED.

Constant issues with app. Can't even get it to load up properly. Force stopped and reopened - still blank screen. Cleared cache - still nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and signed back in - worked once, but issue returned. No browser access so no work around. What's the point of a security system that you can't access especially at this price? Was considering upgrading cameras because it's time, but definitely won't be doing that now. Looking at different brands entirely.
