Great so far. Except for 2 things. The system doesn't recognize my cat as a cat. First I got 7 messages in one night saying there's a person at the door when it was just my cat. Secondly I still get open door messages when I have turned on ignore sensor for that door, and it opened, so Mom can look out it.

I feel so safe with my vivint system. L love the doorbell camera it shows alot of area on my porch when I look out the camera... And I love my spotlight and camera over my driveway. Where I park my cars.

System User Interface on Phone App and Panel have become very stable. Cameras that worked fine one day, suddenly overnight stopped working and now need replacement only due to them not supporting these older cameras anymore. They worked fine 12 hours ago... now I have no choice but to replace them at $500 apiece??? 12 years with Vivint over three residences and this is the service they are giving??? Looking at competition now to see if they are better to their employees.

This app is HORRIBLE you can't get live feeds, and you can't respond to any action. You don't get alerts even if someone rings the doorbell. I spent hours with numerous technicians. Then I was told I need to upgrade all 4 camera and doorbell cameras. Now I'm in debt over $1400. The app worked for a little bit then the vivant app changed to a new update, and I haven't been able to view or use my app unless I rewind my cameras to view the days activities. Still don't work but stuck IN CONTRACT 2030
