Connectivity issues. Looses connectivity, and there's no way to delete a base, and re-add the same base because you can't rename a base once it has been named.

Can't log in. Ridiculous that I have to log in to use my bed. Tells me my password is wrong. Locked me out after 5 attempts. Because security. For my bed. Click reset password and no email comes, ever. The number of stupid things here is over the top.

Apps Wi-Fi setup was extremely touchy. I expected more considering the price I paid for the base itself.
