SoftPhone 2 bietet Ihnen die zuverlässige und datenschutzkonforme Integration jedes Mitarbeiters in Ihre Kommunikationsinfrastruktur. Ohne VPN-Verbindung ist stets die Erreichbarkeit über alle Standorte, im Büro, im Homeoffice und unterwegs gewährleistet.
SoftPhone 2 ist eine intuitive Lösung für die Umsetzung mobiler Arbeitsplatzkonzepte für COMtrexx und COMpact Systeme der Marken Auerswald und FONtevo. Eine betriebsbereite, mit regelmäßigen Updates und ggfs. mit einer Freischaltung versehenen COMtrexx Soft PBX bzw. COMpact 4000, 5200(R) oder 5500 R Telefonanlage ist Systemvoraussetzung für die Nutzung des SoftPhone 2.
Das Roll-Out der App ist denkbar einfach und dennoch uneingeschränkt sicher. Die erstmalig einzugebenden Zugangsdaten für die SoftPhone 2 Anbindung der Windows-PCs werden den Mitarbeitern per E-Mail u.a. per QR-Code übermittelt. Die VPN-lose Registrierung der Clients erfolgt nachfolgend automatisch über einen speziellen, in Deutschland gehosteten Proxy Service – unabhängig davon, über welches Netzwerk der Mitarbeiter-PC mit dem Internet/WAN verbunden ist.
Mit SoftPhone 2 kombinieren Sie die Vorteile einer On-Prem-Lösung mit dem Komfort der Kommunikation via Cloud. Sie haben stets die volle Kontrolle über Ihre Unternehmensdaten bei minimalem Aufwand für Einrichtung und Pflege der sicheren Datenanbindung.
