App just needs better instructions, but it works fine to control my multicolor can lights. You need to turn on GPS (not sure why) before it will connect to the Bluetooth lights. After that is seems good to go.

Junk - Home Depot should be ashamed for selling this. Never worked right, always something going wrong, one light will work, one won't, they change color at different times and the always different color between the two. And no response from commercial electric, no worthwhile troubleshooting available. Do not waste your time or money with this garbage. If only negative stars where available then I could properly rate these lights. Thanks for never responding CE Lighting!

The app works great with these lights when I bought them two months later. Resetting did not work also uninstalling the app and reinstalling did not get it to connect to Bluetooth
