I found that for apartment dwelles the responsibility is much easier gas and electric (cooling and heating in apartment)common area lighting and elevator service included in rent paid) Details are privacy matters Maybe

I live (rent) in a very old building. My landlord was extremely slow to allow the "Smart Meter" upgrade. ConEd sent me my 1st email 1/12/21 welcoming me as a "Smart Meter" customer even though I've been a "Direct Auto Pay" customer for over 25 yrs. Also, the 25 apartments are very poorly insulated around the windows, etc. along w/other energy inefficiencies. So I'm still a long way from being able to substantially lower my Gas/Electric bill. The app has slowly improved over the yrs. 4 Stars 🤩.

I don't know what kind of bots they got giving this janky app 5 stars. It can't remember a password or let me log in quickly to pay a bill, he barely remembers my last payment options, you have to click through multiple things. It's like they don't want my money. Not a feature of the app but of ConEd more likely they skipped my gas bill for two cycles and decided to send me one combo bill for it all. I'm so sick of ConEd tbh.

For some reason I always get an error on using muly biometrics. It tells me that my email or password are incorrect, then I have to manually type my password. This problem has persistented for months despite updates.

Can't Use my fingerprint to login anymore. The option is there, but every time I try, nothing happens. It just stays on the login page. I have to type in my email and password credentials which is a pain. Been using the app since '22, and fingerprint login worked well up until last month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, it didn't fix the issue.

Biometric login stopped working for no reason. Uninstall doesn't help. Zero way to contact coned about app specific issues.
