I live (rent) in a very old building. My landlord was extremely slow to allow the "Smart Meter" upgrade. ConEd sent me my 1st email 1/12/21 welcoming me as a "Smart Meter" customer even though I've been a "Direct Auto Pay" customer for over 25 yrs. Also, the 25 apartments are very poorly insulated around the windows, etc. along w/other energy inefficiencies. So I'm still a long way from being able to substantially lower my Gas/Electric bill. The app has slowly improved over the yrs. 4 Stars 🤩.

Last update render this app not loading. It is stuck on a black screen with the ConEd logo. Nov 2024. Great easy app to use for paying your electric bills and reviewing data/usage. Every utility company should do this. 5 Stars!

Con Edison furnishes many tools, in an aesthetically clean and considerately organized manner, all in one mobile application. Equipped with methods to review an assigned account's assessed retrospective, anticipated and current usage. Similar options are available for bill payment history (including time of day, retrospective and metered breakdowns). My mom had accurately remarked electricity is an invaluable resource. Con Ed's app offers guidance in perceiving and navigating aspects of usage.

Can't Use my fingerprint to login anymore. The option is there, but every time I try, nothing happens. It just stays on the login page. I have to type in my email and password credentials which is a pain. Been using the app since '22, and fingerprint login worked well up until last month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, it didn't fix the issue.

I don't know what kind of bots they got giving this janky app 5 stars. It can't remember a password or let me log in quickly to pay a bill, he barely remembers my last payment options, you have to click through multiple things. It's like they don't want my money. Not a feature of the app but of ConEd more likely they skipped my gas bill for two cycles and decided to send me one combo bill for it all. I'm so sick of ConEd tbh.

Unable to login using biometrics with an Android device

Biometric login stopped working for no reason. Uninstall doesn't help. Zero way to contact coned about app specific issues.
