Love this app! Although the app is new I have been following Emma's workouts for over a year now, and I have seen the most improvement in my fitness then I have in years! I have learned so much from her workouts. I absolutely love having her app to turn too when it's time to work out. NO THINKING INVOLVED. Just click start and get it done! There are workouts for every level of fitness too. Ones for home, for at the gym, equipment and no equipment. Absolutely worth it!
