Cannot use the app as it will not open. There is a bug. The robot doesn't connect with 5ghz Wi-Fi so is unable to function. It all needs attention and updating. :(

The app doesn't work properly, neither does the vacuum cleaner. Since you responded, we've already tried to contact you. This is the short story: We bought a robot vacuum Conga 1590. It stopped working, and we sent it back following your instructions. We never received it back, although it was repaired. We tried contacting you many times and finally, after four months of waiting, you sent us a non-working different model, 1790. I repeat, we waited four months and received non-working machine.

Hi @Conga I just wanted to use my vacuum robot, opened the app then it said to update it to fix a bug. However, after the update there is a bug now, which means that the robot doesn't start when I click on clean, simply says "charging base", although it shows that the battery is full. Please check this asap, thanks!

The robot/app is not remembering maps of any area. So after every charging/stopping it is starting from scratch with mapping.
