I don't know what the heck all of these people are whining about. The app works just fine, and it loads and runs very quickly. It's not as slick as maybe it could be, but it's entirely usable and serves its purpose just fine. Maybe their issue is that they've not taken the time to figure out how it works, and that they have slow devices that can't support the app properly. Take the time to learn how the app works (pro-tip: It's basically the same as the web portal!), and pony up some cash for an Android device that runs something newer than Android Marshmallow.

Hopefully you are still designing this app and did not spend all the HOA fees on this. Definitely needs some work! Will redownload when usable.

NEVER USE THIS APP. That way, you'll use it as often as First Residential does. The app works fine, First Residential does not. Your requests will go unanswered. If you live at a First Residential property, you already know this. An app does not suddenly make a company competent.
