Great app. Certainly a great form of transport for travelling to and from local stations, eliminating the need for owning a car. Would be good if it was possible to save multiple accounts with passwords within the app so that I don't need to always log in again when I change accounts.

How do we connect with Opal Connect? There's no direct login through the app, instead we're redirected to the web app that then suggests to log in through the app.

DO NOT use Cooke if you need to be somewhere on time. The customer no service is as bad than their bus service. I am buying a bicycle to get to the train station. Honestly speaking I haven't experienced anything worse in recent memory.

This app was great when I first started using it. The service and drivers are still good. But the app has endless problems now. It either tells me it can't find an available ride (which is clearly not the case), or it will book a ride and not show me the map (so I have no idea when the bus is arriving), or the GPS will be completely wrong - it will say the bus is coming in 12 mins then suddenly change to 3 minutes! Leaving me no time to get to the meeting point. Please update so it works again!

Very convenient service, but these days I'm facing many issues to book a service. I display the pickup and drop off locations, but nothing after that. I don't get an option to click next and book the service.

This app worked for some trips, and then it's a hit or miss on whether it works. Terrible app, no support, my Transport Connect is connected with my Service NSW which both do not work when I log in through them. Even when I do successfully log in, I will try to book a ride, and it will come up with an error, or doesn't even get pass finding trip. It does not show me the busy notification but rather an error. It didn't even drop me in front of my house when it literally goes into my street afterward
