Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block, and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

Make a designated route, there are 6 flex rides use them in a wiser way make designated stops and put them on route like after 30 min., they are taking juts one or two peoples, driver rajveer g is slow she is late every time when I rode with her.

The tarneit north is the worst public service available. You cannot book because there are never any buses available even in advance. Like a week in advance and no bus available. I don't get it.
