Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block, and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

Great service idea and overall the rides are pleasant, but I often arrive to my destination later than stated and miss my trains. I've tried working around the issue with taking an earlier ride, but the bus still arrives late, and I end up missing my trains. Instead of arriving at 7:05, it would come at 7:15-7:18. Would be great if there is a way to add destination arrival time preference to ensure a more punctual ride. The app itself is just full of bugs, making it hard to cancel rides and locate

The tarneit north is the worst public service available. You cannot book because there are never any buses available even in advance. Like a week in advance and no bus available. I don't get it.

It was working great prior to today, but the app suddenly stopped loading estimated rides. When inputting locations within a verified Flexiride area it loads blank icons with no estimated time. I kept tapping it and it doesn't respond & we can't book. Currently affected across 3 devices - 2 x Samsung S10+ and 1 x Samsung S21+. All software is up-to-date, cleared app cache, uninstalled/reinstalled etc. Could the devs please look into this as this bug may be impacting more than 3 people. Thanks.
