Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block, and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

The buses are never on time and the app mostly crashes every time you want to see the status of the bus assigned

The tarneit north is the worst public service available. You cannot book because there are never any buses available even in advance. Like a week in advance and no bus available. I don't get it.

Flexiride app keeps closing when I book a ride and want to see where the pick-up location is on map. Not very good

Great when it works but very hit-and-miss. Rides often cancelled in mornings. In afternoon ride turns up after you book asap, but they don't let you on because this is not they assigned you. Later ride arrives, and they take you miles out of your way because you are sharing with somebody who lives nowhere near you. Has happened to me several times. Could understand if they were trying to group people to common areas, but it seems they make you wait longer purely for the purpose of making you wait
