The Coronation Wealth app delivers an excellent user experience, notably through its consolidated dashboard that integrates money market and capital market holdings. However, to ensure it continues to delight users and maintain a competitive edge, there is a clear opportunity to further refine and modernize the interface.
Coronation Wealth is very terrible with their services. No means of reaching out to your customers services except through email, your hotlines don't connect, your staff numbers you drop in my emails, if I call them, they will say they no longer work with you. You have poor staffing policies. The worst now is you want me to forget my password every time I want to access my coronation wealth app, it's annoying and stressful, it's uncalled-for.

What an investment app!!!! No responses to peoples' reviews. Also, resolution of your complaint to their customer support team takes ages as mine hasn't been resolved till date. Terrible!!!

I registered the Coronation Wealth app because of their mutual funds. But after registration, I couldn't access the mutual funds because they required my CSCS and CHN number. After a few days, I was emailed continue registration on my browser. I did this by changing my old password and having a new one. My issue is why after all the stress, I still can't access what I want on the app. I'm still be shown I should update my CSCS & CHN number. So disappointing
