IoCare+ is an upgraded version of the IoCare app, one of Coway’s IoT service. Starting with mattresses and air purifiers, IoCare+ will support additional products in the future. For Coway products not listed below, please continue using the existing IoCare app.

I've been using the Air mega 400S since 2021 and have always appreciated Coway’s air purifiers, but I wasn't happy with the Coway Io Care app.It felt clunky and unreliable for quite a while. Recently, I recently updated the old app and logged into the new version Locate plus. I’m genuinely impressed. The new app is smoother, more responsive and looks even better. It looks like Coway finally listened to user feedback and made real progress. Keep it up, Coway.

Would be great if the hardware (water filter, air filter, air conditioner, washer dryer etc.) can be integrated with smart home apps like to google home & samsung SmartThings.

My Coway Air Mega ProX/AP-3522F is not recognized nor will it connect under any process listed to the app. I was excited to buy this product based on the Consumer Reports ratings, but the app was useless. In the product list within the app, it did not even have this model listed. If this is not addressed, then I cannot buy another Coway unit for my home. Disappointing for an otherwise good-looking product.

The new app lost my air purifier (Air mega 400S) and prevents me from completing re-registration of it, failing with "Unable to find MAC address required for product registration"

Io Care's Schedule is much more robust and customizable than Io Care+'s Routines. I would only use Io Care if my 1512HHS didn't force me to use Io Care+. Now I have 2 apps for 3 air purifiers.
