I'm very disappointed 😞, they have been calling me to come for their Mastercard [carta ego] And july 2024 applied for it but denied me, and I called them, and they didn't give me a reason for the denied. I'll try and open another account with different bank like unit credit and close the CREDES.

Very limited app compared to other banks' apps. No choice of language, no option for non-Italian cell phone connection, limited history of activity with only a few items shown at a time. Must show up at local back to make changes to account.

This bank app is terrible, it's the worst bank app I've ever had. I have about 5 bank apps on my phone, this is by far the worst, it's slower than a snail. It's like an app built by an apprentice. The bank though is incredibly good, I wish the app is as good as the bank itself.
