Easy to use for booking trains flights rooms Discount prices for Railcards. I even used the app for a train journey Málaga to Torremolinos. Return train from Citivechia port to Rome twice last year. Recommended for passengers on cruises.

I changed my phone. When i log in to my account on new phone via email address to check upcoming booking that I made before, it gave me a brand-new account instead. All my stuff are gone. I tried their live chat and I keep getting replies about hotels/flights/trains etc. I ask about app problem, the chatbot keeps repeating holiday issues.

Never trust them in concert booking. I tried booking a ticket category and when I was about to make payment, the system said fully book. So I had to book another category. After making the booking, the original category I wanted to book appeared again. When I used the chat function to raise this issue with them, they claimed that there was nothing wrong in their system. They then promised to investigate the matter but never get back to me anymore. Not going to use it anymore as not trustworthy.
