Great app for booking flights and hotels. The interface is clean and easy to use, and prices are often competitive compared to other platforms. Booking is quick, and confirmations are usually instant. Customer support has been helpful when I needed assistance. The only downside is that some filters could be improved, and prices can occasionally change during checkout. Overall, a reliable and convenient travel app that I use regularly. Highly recommended!

I like booking from trip. Com but I have one request to accept debit card details for the bookings that can be paid at hotel because not everyone has credit card.

I do not recommend it to book trips, unless you have no other choice. You don't see what company provides activity and usually there's no information about the pickup point until you book it, and you can't even ask any questions. And they can just cancel your booking in the morning before departure, as happened to me in Armenia.

The booking page showed two baggage options for the Bangkok–Mandalay flight: 20 kg and 30 kg, with different prices. I specifically chose and paid the higher price for the 30 kg baggage option, but after the ticket was issued, my itinerary showed only 20 kg baggage allowance. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly referred me to the airline's policy instead of taking responsibility for the incorrect information displayed during booking.
