DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS. Customer service team full of lies with wrong information when you face any issues. I have 2 (two) airport lounge access to use, and after I book flights the Lounge access options disappeared from the apps, I contacted customer care team they told Airport lounge full, which was a totally wrong information. Same time I called the airport lounge they said their lounge isn't busy at all (they asking who told you we are full of bookings !!!). TRUST ME-ITS SLOW SCAM. You STUCK here

Very disappointed with the products and value we paid. Transport has been late and final destination changed and late 2-3hrs. They subsidized rate to make you feel they are best and good value agent. The more you use, higher margin they charge especially if you not deciding at first they present you the price, higher markup. The same price we pay, the less value and product given and provided. Highly avoid this provider if possible, they are not providing the best value for their user like me!
