★★★★★ It was hard to connect for the first time!!! Make sure you allow location, won't work! Follow the guide line in the app to connect!!! After that when you want to use it just open the app with location and bluetooth on. No need to touch the boots, "looks like" the boots bluetooth is always on even if the lights are off (lights turn on after you connect with app)! Can schedule when to heat!!!! (I'm using Samsung S10+)

★★☆☆☆ Like many others, will not find my boots after the first connection. My phone's Bluetooth can detect the boots but not the app. What a waste of money if the heat system can't even turn on!

★★☆☆☆ Yes the app is very poor. Hey Salomon.. pay attention, retailers are advising people to NOT buy this boot. Cannot find boots after first pairing. If you want to set a temperature you have to reset the boots and rediscover the boots every time. Salomon should fix this

★★☆☆☆ Can't connect the app with the boots. It is just stuck on the screen saying "if nothing happens after a few seconds you can try to connect the boots manually". The manual connection from the Bluetooth settings doesn't work either and gives an error saying that an app is needed. This is very disappointing. I can see there are many reviews by people that have similar issues. Can you address these problems and offer some solutions? It is not worth buying these boots otherwise.
