I've been going to my local chemist since I was a kid, now they have brought in this app, wow, it's brilliant, no more standing in line or going out when u don't like going out 😆 the app is so quick and simple, u just press a few buttons, and it's done, then it either gets delivered or a family member goes and collects. I highly recommend this service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All was working fine until a few months ago when I stopped receiving text notifications to inform me that my prescriptions are ready for collection. My settings are correct, so I don't understand why I am not getting the text notifications. My pharmacy have tried to set things right but still no joy. I have now emailed customer service and hoping to get a satisfactory reply.

Like the previous reviewer, my mother has been using this app without a problem for ages, but a message is now displayed saying an update is available, you click to update, and it just gets stuck at the loading screen. She is no longer able to order prescriptions using the app, which is pretty poor for a pharmacy! I have tried everything, clearing the cache, the stored data, uninstalling and reinstalling. I have contacted Day Lewis customer care, but they were no use at all. Not impressed.

Log on via NHS login. Attempt to order medication - just get message "Sorry, your GP isn't allowing you to order this at present". The reason is that this app only supports the old NHS repeat prescription process. It does not support requests for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions to be made up. You have to request those by putting the paper repeat prescription form into a box in the chemist shop. Which makes this app 100% useless of course.
