Credit card details lacking - they don't show whether it's a debit or a credit, everything is in the same black numbers, no plus or minus, so we don't really know if amount is for spending or for a refund back to the card. Terrible!

For people about to install to get the Famous Amos "treat", don't bother. They word it like that because the coupon is free 50g when you buy 300g. Even other apps like Shopback gave 1 for 1 200g. So shady.

The decision to merge the app with paylah is stupid and abhorrent. You're forcing your users to use a slow, disenchanting ewallet without any benefits, and punish people who opt otherwise to not have the ability to use their reward points. Whoever made this decision shouldn't feel very smart, because you're losing the first (of hopefully many) customer because of that decision. I have used many products, but none is both important (sadly and unfortunately) and terrible as the DBS suite.

Rather lacking compared to similar apps from other banks as couldn't show the expenses from my cards (just says service is not available...) (which I feel is kind of basic as without it that this app is really just an advert app for random promotions which arent applicable anyway...)
