Excellent App! It very accurately diagnosed the pigmentation on my face as Melasma. Thanks to the accurate diagnosis I immediately consulted a dermatologist for the correct treatment rather than working with home remedies. Very handy for people with small children also. My son who is 11 years old had a viral wart last swimming season which was again diagnosed by this app in one go. This a very useful app established through evidence based medicine techniques and verified images by doctors from AIIMS. It does exactly what it claims, as decision support tool and can aid in triage. Fake reviews with low ratings are by protectionist doctors on 11-12 may 2020 after a webinar in which evidence of this app was cited. They allege that it will promote quackery, without any evidence. It does not recommend treatment, so no chance of side effects, as claimed in some reviews.

Machines cannot diagnose skin diseases from just pictures. If it was this easy even other mbbs doctors could treat skin condition and there won't be any need for dermatologist. This is going to create complicated skin cases as patient will be treated unethicaly, wrong medication and land up at dermatologist doorstep.

Non medicos are also allowed to use this app, even though it is mentioned that only MBBS or above can use it. There is no systems check to authenticate the credentials of the user before enabling them to use it. So any quack can just create a fake ID and use the app for 1-3 months repeatedly.
