A great way to pay instead of 10.00 in quarters... one at a time! I don't like the $20.00 hold though. I should be able to add what I want not a minimum. I DO LIKE the free wash feature! Overall its intelligently designed and its functional. I would however recommend a way to load CASH IN HAND from a kiosk of some sort in the laundry mat.

Good but I'm disappointed because I always opt to pay ¢50 extra to extend wash for 5 minutes, and often it takes the money but doesn't give me the time. On the app is shows 30 minutes remaining and on the machine 25, and it stops after 25 minutes. I even tried but 50¢ extra quarters in to get my time and it does nothing. I only use dexterity because it's not common to use cash anymore, but it's frustrating because those extra 5 minutes of washing makes all the difference seriously

Work great at the location I use it. Simple to use. It does a pre-authorization of $15 (similar to when you pay the gas pump) just to make sure you have enough. Don't freak out if you see this charge, it will be refunded.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs unless you do all your laundry at the same location all the time. If you load funds those funds only apply to the one laundromat. If you go to another laundromat, your funds are trapped at the 1st. All other pay apps I've used have a central wallet that work at all locations. Dexter is designed to make you waste money.

Terrible app experience from start to finish! The app is clunky doesn't work right tells you the machine isn't available when clearly it is because it's my stuff in the dryer just wanted to add some extra time had to get quarters to finish drying because I only had 46 dollars on my card, and it already charged me $25 hold on the 1.50 I used, and it tried to put a hold on another 25 then on top of it charging a convinced fer is aok but warn me before you do. Rookie app developer you need to scrap it

Issues, always issues. Can't find half the machines at a location. Pay money, transaction stall and lag.
