Downloaded the game after some time not playing the game a couple of weeks ago. First, any in game purchase don't work. Second, you'll lose everything at any point, the account reset or disappear. I gave it a break since there was new peoples working on the game then a couple of days ago there was a message on Discord about an update on Play store, so I gave it another try, downloaded the game again, created a new account and when the game start, NOTHING, the map is just a blue screen. Still bad.

I have tried on my phone and tablet but when I want to place a fire station or ambulance station or whatever else I want to do. It will randomly put it somewhere else on the map. I don't know what to do now
