Description

DigiSpace brings every building system into one place. Whether you manage a single office or multiple sites across different cities, DigiSpace gives you the visibility and control you need without jumping between tools, spreadsheets, or separate vendor dashboards.

The live dashboard shows you what matters at a glance — indoor air quality, water consumption, energy usage, and footfall, updated in real time across every floor and zone you manage. Each metric is broken down by today, yesterday, and the past seven days, so you can spot trends as they develop rather than after the fact.

Control is just as straightforward. From a single screen you can adjust HVAC setpoints, toggle lighting scenes, open or close blinds, switch AV sources, manage audio, and lock or unlock access points — all organised by room. Disable a system entirely with one tap, and the card dims so you always know what is and is not active.

Automation takes the repetitive work off your plate. Build rules that trigger on a schedule — turning lights off after hours, pre-heating the office before staff arrive — or connect them to calendar events and sensor readings. Every rule has a clear trigger and a clear action. No scripting, no complexity.

When something needs your attention, DigiSpace tells you straight away. Notifications cover device faults, threshold breaches, offline equipment, and automation events, with tags that tell you exactly what type of event it is at a glance. The analysis page lets you chart any sensor over any period and export the data when you need a record.
