Poor service, buses get cancelled as per their convenience. We got informed just before 1hr and rescheduled bus was also 1hr late. Staff is rude. The lady on call was rude and ignorant.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WASTE OF TIME AND WASTE OF MONEY. We Booked the ticket for 3 Pm Bus, and they transfer us to 4 pm without updating us. They were not ready to either refund or cancel the ticket. The bus which was scheduled at 4 pm from Chandra which was already 1 hour late, started its journey at 5 pm (Means there were total 2 hours of delay). DNR promise us that we'll reach Pune on time at 8:30 am but still we are travelling and it already 11:45 am.
