Bus not on time, drop point was at 09:45 am, actually bus reached at 11.30am very slow speed maintained by driver. Frequent stops on entire journey not for passenger but for Parcel pickups. The cabins were not cleaned, hairs were entangled with blankets. Charging point given but was not put ON despite having given instructions to conductor. Dinner was at 1pm .seriously 😑😡 very bad service by dolphin travel.

My journey date was- 30 May 2025 Varanasi to Mumbai... No, any staff help for luggage load & unload . We are self load & unloaded his luggage. Very pathetic service
