Good quality bus service. The bus driver was professional and supportive (Mr. Hanif Qureshi). In future travel I would like to choose a dolphin bus.

Bus not on time, drop point was at 09:45 am, actually bus reached at 11.30am very slow speed maintained by driver. Frequent stops on entire journey not for passenger but for Parcel pickups. The cabins were not cleaned, hairs were entangled with blankets. Charging point given but was not put ON despite having given instructions to conductor. Dinner was at 1pm .seriously 😑😡 very bad service by dolphin travel.

Very disappointing experience traveling in this bus. The AC is not working at all during the journey, making passengers extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the person in charge is not answering calls or responding to complaints. When passengers pay for an AC bus service, basic comfort and proper customer support are expected. Please improve your service and responsibility towards passengers. don't travel from this buses
