I've been using Donny Cabs after a recommendation from my Daughter and some other friends. I have now got reduced mobility. They are brilliant. You get a text when they are on the way. If you download the app, you can track the car that is on its way. I've never had a bad day in the last 3 months. Top Drawer.

Only works on mobile data, not Wi-Fi. Quick and easy to book. I just wish it would give an estimated price before confirming the booking.

Have tried on 3 separate occasions to get a cab and been rejected 3 times. I understand the one rejected at a busy time but one of them was 2pm on a Tuesday and one was at 11.30am-ish on a Monday

App not great. Wouldn't find my address when I typed it in. Used the "local" button, and it brought up my street but only the section in the next village, not the bit in my village. Daren't select that as have had issues with other firms who have gone to Bentley and not Scawthorpe. Really want to give the company a go so please fix 🙏

Need a lot of work, App is unfriendly to use, job not cancelled via app, I need to call customer care to cancel it, And there is no estimate pricing for the ride, I mostly use (drive) cabs their app is really amazing, Pricing estimate, and we can cancel it
