Well your good but some delivery drivers don't come to.the.ring bell so I know thay there or delverd sometimes thay go to a next door and ask them to take it in but not been to my home

Very good, but it needs to keep track of the delivery driver until the parcel has been delivered. Presently, only items within the time slots are tracked - this allows agency drivers to disappear / go missing from the tracker map allowing them to go to the wrong places where items end up. This is not really best practice. DPD needs to ensure that ALL items are delivered before they are taken off the tracker map. This stops items from not being delivered, getting lost or stolen.

Really disappointed on this customer service, Dpd driver Jack was delivering my parcel to wrong address, and now I must my for delivery.

Absolutely appalling service from DPD. The driver rang for barely a few seconds, disconnected as soon as I answered, and then sent a “We missed you” message. That is not a genuine delivery attempt. The place where I live, with a secure reception where Amazon, VRI and Hermes routinely leave parcels without any issue. DPD’s rigid procedures and lack of common sense create completely unnecessary inconvenience.

Wrong Delivery Every time Every single time they deliver its wrongly delivered in some absurd place. Would never choose their services. Customer service is absolutely bs too.
