★★★★★ Thorough with lots of detail on different delivery scenarios. I'm in a remote location that is difficult to find, so the use of map pin technology for precise locating is especially useful.

★★★★★ Love dpd delivery service, always on time, app is great and delivery drivers always helpful

★★★★★ Always on time, which is good as they are a box of insulin pumps every 2 monhs

★★☆☆☆ Rubbish is all I can say. Won't let you redirect your parcel to a local pickup shop. Instead, they try and deliver 3 times, then apparently get a request to send back to the sender. Who requested that is a mystery too. If they let you redirect it in the 1st place it would save multiple delivery attempts, and I would have my parcel now!!!! They have a cheek saying in a chat 'Just for future delivery, we have a lovely DPD app wherein you can track your parcel in the 'Follow my Parcel' feature 😂

★★☆☆☆ So far, this is the first time I've had a delivery from dpd and the parcel I'm waiting on was supposed to be delivered yesterday. But I got an email telling me I had missed my driver at 17:36. Now I was in the house, and he didn't come to the door. He wasn't even at my drive as I have cctv watching it. Not very nice after staying in for him

★★☆☆☆ Can't even sign in to it. Enforces an email to click on a link to finalize authentication in the app, but the link always opens a delivery preferences page on browser and not sign in approval. App just hangs. Useless.
