Don’t be afraid to try it even if it’s new. Drivers are polite, safe, and professional. No reckless driving. Right now, you can only sign up using an email. After you add your pickup, drop-off, and time, a support person will contact you to confirm your booking. Make the most of the service and share it with others around the Al Barsha to DIP area.

This application is beyond horrendous, the drivers are either too late or too early and customer service never responds and in the rare chance that they do they have absolutely nothing to say or do, I only used bcz it's the only one working is that area in dubai and wanted to save some money on transportation by getting the monthly pass, and now I learned my lesson the hard way that the cheap options is rarely the better option, so thank you for the 500 Durham lesson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very inconsistent and unreliable. Twice driver was LATE for pickup by ONE WHOLE HOUR. Communication with customer service and drivers is difficult. CS you cannot call them and there's different numbers and no idea who is online at one given time so need to message all of them. No immediate access to driver contact details and need to ask each time. There is no group chat where you can send one message. On top of this, the service is expensive at 500 aed per month or 15aed per trip.

Booked a ride 12hrs before.to go Al barsha 2 selected arrival time was 9.45am. So pick up was showing as 8.59am which became 9.29am still arrival was 9.45am and end up getting down in motor city at 10.14am and took cab from there. Please try to update the app.
