I use this service from last 7 months I didn't see this kind of service before in Dubai they have given safe drive lower price well-behaved drivers comfortable and clean vehicles and most and important things' vehicle always reached on my door on time and the management is very helpful and supportive even they provide vehicle on bad weather and floods I recommended to everyone plz try this it's the best pool service in Dubai

Very inconsistent and unreliable. Twice driver was LATE for pickup by ONE WHOLE HOUR. Communication with customer service and drivers is difficult. CS you cannot call them and there's different numbers and no idea who is online at one given time so need to message all of them. No immediate access to driver contact details and need to ask each time. There is no group chat where you can send one message. On top of this, the service is expensive at 500 aed per month or 15aed per trip.

This application is beyond horrendous, the drivers are either too late or too early and customer service never responds and in the rare chance that they do they have absolutely nothing to say or do, I only used bcz it's the only one working is that area in dubai and wanted to save some money on transportation by getting the monthly pass, and now I learned my lesson the hard way that the cheap options is rarely the better option, so thank you for the 500 Durham lesson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked a ride 12hrs before.to go Al barsha 2 selected arrival time was 9.45am. So pick up was showing as 8.59am which became 9.29am still arrival was 9.45am and end up getting down in motor city at 10.14am and took cab from there. Please try to update the app.

Unfortunately the service is hugely unreliable, with buses arriving even 1 hour late, even though you have prepaid and prebooked. They accept too many bookings and don't prioritize regular customers, even if you pay for a monthly pass. Route planning is poor, even though you'd expect it to be the most important part of their service. Shame, as the idea is good- but execution is poor, and it seems that in the end greed wins over providing a reliable service.
