I'm enjoying the product so far especially when I drive mostly evenings and nights. This camera is easy to set up. I do have one complaint about the "harsh driving" is anything like driving over speed bumps to driving over or around potholes, which should not be classified as "harsh driving".

Great Dashcam! Love the quality of video it puts out. Not sure what others are saying about paying, I don't pay a thing to use it. You can just let it run and when you want to see video just request the date and time, and it will download up to a 5-minute clip to your phone. Not sure why people are complaining, they must not know how to work it.

So far so good I just installed it. Easy to install. Only complaint wish the plug had a "c to c" connection for phone charging option rather than just two usb connections. Nice to have a camera on board now maybe won't get as much strange behavior from passengers.

Camera doesn't have audio personal or business recordings unless you send it to Uber. Yet we have to pay to use it, would not have chosen this option had I known I couldn't review my rides. The Audio is one of the most important things to have access to. Definitely going to try and get out of this subscription and get a camera that makes sense to pay for. What a ridiculous design.

Do not get, worthless when you need. Not good customer service. Protect yourself by getting another dash cam you actually control, not uber.

I drive for Uber and decided to guinea pig drives cape dashcam. You can't see the footage that it records but for what they consider "hard" braking or if you push the button, Which you see 1 min footage. You are given an option to record personal driving. Testing device, I disabled recording during personal driving where I noticed device occasionally recording. From not being able to view any or all videos to the device recording when supposedly, it's off. I am going back to my personal dashcam.
