I don't know how you can use anything else. They pick you up and drop you
off, and it costs 90 percent less than Lyft and is much more convenient than
Caltrain

Trying to use the app from last couple of months but no luck till now. I can schedule the ride as a rider but the scheduled ride is not showing on my profile. Contacted customer care too, but they are not able to fix it too.
