My major issue is that when notifications pop up, opening them doesn't lead directly to the specific content. That defeats the purpose of the notification. It's only logical that if a notification comes up, it should lead to exact advertised content otherwise the notifications are useless and annoying. Apart from that consider improving the UI at the Home page. And adding food (menu) photos will make this a PERFECT app. The app is a brilliant idea and will give 5* if this is worked on.

It was simple enough to order with text communication, however, I received multiple messages that delivery was completed when it was not. Then, I received a message that the order was on the way shortly thereafter but had already gone downstairs to look for delivery person. Other than that, food was delivered quickly and still hot.

The app is excellent, and we have been using it regularly, but it's been over a month since we don't see the pay cash on the delivery option. Has that been removed?

Just okay... Doesn't make any improvements in app. Live location of the rider is so pathetic. Always expect delays in the order. In your emergency Duka is not the right answer to you hunger. If you are diabetic and taking any meds, and you depend on the delivery from Duka - I am sorry you are making the biggest blunder of your life. Your sugar levels will fall, you start trembling. But Duka won't show any mercy on you. They come after you sleep in the coffin. Please plan your food deliveries well

The deliveries take very long and customer service is very unhelpful and rude. It happened more than once that after waiting for 1 hour for my food they called me to tell me that my order was canceled. I had to go to bed hungry and frustrated. Refunds are not being processed, and they are very unappreciative to their customers. I am deleting the app for good and cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Nightmare! Charged me multiple times for one purchase, received the wrong items, and can't get a response from customer service weeks later. Do not make digital payments on this app, they will steal from you. The app is poorly designed, with a terrible user interface, and seems to be run by soulless individuals. Shame on Seldom. Their response to Balozi Chekas comment is petty & clearly AI generated, why lie about none existent "customer advisory board"? Grow up! I'll stick with Piki too!
