Awful app. Was working perfectly for 36 hours. Now does not recognize my device (smart fan) and won't allow me to log in to the account that was created initially (also is an absolute nightmare to connect to Alexa). Complete waste of everyone's time tbh. 👎👎👎

App is rubbish, always disconnecting from the fan meaning I can't turn it on/off via the app. You have to keep adding the fan as a new device when it won't connect and now it won't let me connect to it at all. For thr price you pay for these devices you expect them to work as advertised

Great heater, TERRIBLE smart functionality. The heater is nicely designed, and the app looks good, but all style over substance. I don't have the time or energy to describe the wide & varied ways this app failed. Contacted customer support, and they keep saying the issues will be fixed in the next app release but in my experience, they fix one thing and then break another. I now have to set up my heater like it's a new product every day as it loses connectivity, and it seems Duux have no answers.
