Terrible App Purchased the Duux Whisper flex smart fan over the weekend. The app and Google support is terrible, the fan cannot be controlled using the app, when launched the app does not even register the current fan settings, cannot be used to control the fan, does not connect to Google home. This fan is highly overpriced as it's labelled 'Smart', which it isn't if none of the above do not work. SORT THIS OUT!

I was using this app with a heater, and it was working perfectly well until one morning it couldn't see my device, and then it deleted the configured device without prompting. Now it can't find it at all, and it's definitely not my network. Quite disappointing really, I thought it would be a little more robust.
