Brilliant for heating the space quickly. Love that I can control it from my phone. Eg heat the kitchen 10 mins before I get up. Turn it on as I am approaching my apartment. Love it!

Great heater, TERRIBLE smart functionality. The heater is nicely designed, and the app looks good, but all style over substance. I don't have the time or energy to describe the wide & varied ways this app failed. Contacted customer support, and they keep saying the issues will be fixed in the next app release but in my experience, they fix one thing and then break another. I now have to set up my heater like it's a new product every day as it loses connectivity, and it seems Duux have no answers.

The fan itself is great, but the app has been absolutely useless recently. Device is connected to Wi-Fi, but the app says its offline. Even after removing the product and reconnecting it, still says it's offline!

My whisper flex won't connect to the app most of the time. And when it does, it's instantly labelled as offline. Completely broken cloud app.
