Works well. I have only (yet great!) Duux tower fan Elevate Smart so basically no need to use remote control outside my home, but it is nice functionality for other Duux devices like heaters or air conditioners. Though, I didn't find a way how to unpair my Duux fan from my Wi-Fi in app nor in user manual.

The fan itself is great, but the app has been absolutely useless recently. Device is connected to Wi-Fi, but the app says its offline. Even after removing the product and reconnecting it, still says it's offline!

it's the worst product I have purchased...nothing works well. Just good-looking expensive devices and lousy. Unfortunately I can't give zero star but need to give at least one. It's not worth neither the product nor the app. The fan blade broke two times. The app never shows the devices. When you on Bed, ready to sleep and need the app to control the devices right then you don't see the device on dashboard. What a bad product and app. I wish no one goes through the same trauma again

App does not work with whisper flex 2. Even after support from duux. I would stay away from this product

Great heater, TERRIBLE smart functionality. The heater is nicely designed, and the app looks good, but all style over substance. I don't have the time or energy to describe the wide & varied ways this app failed. Contacted customer support, and they keep saying the issues will be fixed in the next app release but in my experience, they fix one thing and then break another. I now have to set up my heater like it's a new product every day as it loses connectivity, and it seems Duux have no answers.
