I use this app to control my evonic fire, rather than the included remote control, as my phone is usually with me, and it's an awful bother getting up to find the right remote one! It controls all the functions plus you can set auto on/off times or switch the fire on before you get home.

App is functional, but it doesn't work with Alexa and no one responds from evonicfires when asking for help.

Really pathetic app - you can't even sign up on a single phone or tablet!!! The issue is that the sign-up page does not retain any of the login credentials so when you leave the sign-up page to grab (via copy and paste) any of the email, password or the required verification code from an email they send you; then the info is lost and you have to start again. You will need two devices just to sign up. I have given up. If they can't get this most basic things right how can the app be any use.
