I'm done with Uber & Lyft... Earth rides has no surge prices. I schedule my rides to work, the driver is on time & in a Tesla. The drivers are kind and patient, just happy with their job. I'm sure it has something to do with driving a Tesla or just the way the company is run and how the employees are treated. Rocky, Marissa, Mark & Cynthia are just a few of the drivers who have picked me up on time & it was a smooth no stress ride! I save money, reduce my carbon footprint & ride in a Tesla!

Unfortunately, this app 🙁 is not very user-friendly towards me. I type in my home pick up location & then I am forced to confirm it on a map. I can't read maps bc I'm disabled, nor can this app find or locate my pickup home address, either. And when I choose my NEIGHBOR'S ADDRESS NEXT DOOR, I get a strange message about not finding the ride or location?🤔 (I don't remember exactly what it says). Adding insult to injury, you guys also now have my payment information!

According to your app, my phone number is an invalid phone number? Ok I guess ill ride uber or lyft and me and the driver will laugh how stupid ur company is and ill tip them big.
