The worst car service ever It used to be good, but now it's really bad. Few time car never came. I desided to give it last chance. Waited outside 30 min and nobody came, u call them and apparently the driver picked up somebody else. WTF? So they said that another car is on the way 30 more min of waiting and no car. I'll never call them again or recommend to anyone. They're fail. Number/app delited.

Called multiple times for pickup, eta changed from 3 minutes to 15, never saw the car however it showed it was on trip, called again to confirm but no response. Cab called back and I told him I cancelled and he responded rudely. I'm a frequent customer of this service and I made use of this app. Better off using uber or lyft.

I have Never In My Lifeeeeee had the worst experience with people who truly don't care about their clients!!! I take this car service 2 times a day 7 DAYS A WEEK to far places back and forth!!!! 30 Damn minutes I was waiting for a car that was promised to arrive in 5 min and when I FINALLY got through to them they said another 15 min at least ARE YOU PLAYIN???? I'm LATE TO WORK, and I'm going to report this to BBB and make sure they start looking into your business...this is my 4th time with same bs
