Advice sa mga new user.almost 3 days na from opening an acc and can't log in into my acc...lagi na lang number is not registered na inactivate na to nung guard MIMO. Then kahit pa registered ko yung 24k card number error pa rin. Useless app saying lang papa open ko nang acc then ganito ang service.

I've been trying to open my account for a year. And still, I can not open it. I emailed my concern and texted them, but nothing happened. I even went to several Cebuano branches to fix the issue of my account, and still, they can't do anything.

I hope the app gets fixed soon. It has already been months since I’ve been unable to access my account through the app. Even when I enter the correct login details, I still can’t log in. I hope this issue can be resolved, so we can access our accounts through the app without having to go to the main branch, which would be much more convenient and less of a hassle.
