I'm hooked on it. Just wish my chief would get on board. I really like it and it's a lot better than the text system we use (rain out). This has so much more, and we can use it. Comes in handy to, especially for the newbies that join that don't know the area well and late at night when you're thumbing through the dark on back roads with no streetlights, you can find hydrants easier or street roads.

Works most of the time with map function glitches occasionally and as a first responder that is unsatisfactory. Overall happy with this app.

No more notifications after that update, even after reinstalling the app.
★☆☆☆☆Tom Misko· Apr 5, 2016
Terrible. Just terrible... app doesn't play nice with Samsung phones and typically takes hours or even days for alert to come through. Corresponding is a better, more professional platform.
★☆☆☆☆Jake Bossong· Jun 23, 2019
Terrible. Constantly having issues with it. Calls come through late or don't come through at all, mapping never works right, mapping usually sends us to the equator or Canada instead of across town, won't let me log in, and now it won't even download.
★☆☆☆☆Ginger Miller· Oct 14, 2019
When updates are pushed through the app it stops working. You have to uninstall, restart phone, and re-install. This is ridiculous for the price that you pay for the yearly service.
★★☆☆☆Andrew Demeri· Jan 14, 2016
Last update destroyed I'm using in LG G Flex. Doesn't alert unless I open it. Sometimes i won't get the incident update for days. Set my own tone but the default tone started going off again. Also, force closes when I get multiple alerts at a time when I open.
