The app does everything you need for heating control. The latest update to add energy monitoring is very welcome. A graph for temperature by hour would be handy, so you could see how cold / warm things are getting and relate it to energy use. Add integration Alexa etc., and it'll be five stars.

Literally the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to need. Often logs out for no reason, and radiators are offline. Completely useless when I want to remotely switch the heaters on. Paid a fortune for smart radiators compared to old storage heaters and was excited about having flexibility to change the temperature through an app, to make my home a comfortable temperature. Often can't pre-warm the radiators when I'm on the way home because they're offline. Heaters are good but app is awful

I have used this app over several months, and it does not work correctly a lot of the time... radiators appear offline when they are actually online, you cannot turn radiators back on when switched off using the app, and app often tells you your phone needs to be connected to the internet when it clearly is. The app is virtually unusable at the moment, even though it's being sold as a solution to control your radiators remotely. Please fix ! Very disappointing given how expensive product is.
