Description

edupression.com is a digital self-help therapy program for patients with unipolar depression or burnout. The therapy is based on elements of behavioral therapy, latest, scientific findings and methods.

Our certified medical product, developed together with experts from the Medical University of Vienna, helps you to
- reduce your depressive symptoms;
- improve the course of your illness;
- Increase your level of functioning;
- Improve your treatment adherence;
- improve your remission rate and
- reduce your risk of relapse as a mild-to-moderately ill patient;
- Preventive effect if you have depression with low symptom severity (PHQ-9 score below 5).

You can do the therapy program either alone or together with a therapist.

Register with our app and
receive daily personalized therapy sessions and recommendations in your Activity Feed;
- secure helpful exercises and meditations;
- learn to understand correlations of your disease and adjust behaviors;
- create meaningful reports and share them with trusted people;
- review important information in our booklets;
