After installing the app I scanned my EID and received message successful. But still my Empty card status is in progress. Tried reaching the customer care, but the number is not in use. If it's not working I request the admin to delete my account permanently

Worst application worst team support with no experience to solve the problem after application not responding even send email but not solved, no blue stump, paying message error, now no log in , you money will stuck.
