I do not recommend this system at all. The verification process is completely wrong. I already completed the ID verification successfully and received both an SMS and email confirming that my ID verification was completed successfully. However, when I try to transfer money, the app is still ask

Transfers used to take less than 15 minutes. Recently, I made two transactions: the first took over 24 hours (and required multiple calls to customer support to expedite), while the second is still pending. According to customer support, all transactions now take up to 2 days to process. This major delay makes the app unreliable for urgent transfers. Very disappointed.

Developer option is also a part of mobile phone. But this app can't open once developer option is enabled. Give the option for close the account online or remove the issue with developer mode.

Worst service experience I have ever had. I have been using e& money for remittances for quite some time, and until recently, I had not checked my transaction details carefully. I was surprised to discover that, in addition to the remittance service charges, e& money is also charging me when I add/fill money into my wallet. When I contacted customer care to understand these additional charges, the experience was extremely disappointing. The response and level of assistance I received were far below what I expected from a service like e& money. Customers should be clearly informed about all applicable charges, especially when adding money to the wallet. The lack of transparency and the poor customer service have seriously affected my confidence in the service. Very disappointing experience. I sincerely hope e& money reviews its charges and improves its customer support.
