Most useless app there is, typical of the Government department it represents, keeps crashing, need to constantly re input regos and standard information.

Can't copy epas from the app, meaning I spend hours a day manually typing them into my workplaces invoicing app. When I have several hundred EPAs, the app simply times out and dies. The app constantly lags, and without a loading indicator, you have no idea if it's working or frozen. Just a poor UI with many unnecessary steps, I thought this would be simpler than the browser interface, I couldn't be more wrong. Just terrible.

Terrible. Right loggin details and tells me that my loggin details are incorrect. I can't access the app.
