The EVBox Connect mobile app is designed for both users and installers of this charging station. This app supports the configuration of your charging stations and enables a number of functions, including the following: - Pair your charging station to mobile devices via Bluetooth - Choose how to start a charge session if a station is in online or offline mode - Connect your charging station to your local Wi-Fi network to enable communication between your charging management service provider and your charging station - Adjusting the LED brightness - Accessing advanced installer configuration settings
This app is compatible with the following charging station models: - EVBox Elvi - EVBox BusinessLine Gen4 - EVBox Iqon - WALLBOX & SMART WALLBOX

Smart and well intended app. If the copy writing would be more customer friendly and not that much coding or programmer or expert language then using it would be more fun and more efficient. I'm using it on Android, and it works like a charm on my Elvi with fixed cable, Elvi socket and Elvi shutter. Keep it up!

Difficult to connect app to Embox, only does part of the set-up. Also have to set up on-line account and work out how to use complex web portal to get it to work. Embox is far to complex a product for private individual use and must be unplugged after charge is complete to avoid rapid (over weekend) 12v battery discharge. Clearly designed for commercial charging networks, so tech support for private customers is non-existent.

Massive BT connection issue. I have been having big troubles with connecting to Bluetooth of the charger. Setting new Wi-Fi connection or any changes that I want to make to the charger just doesn't work. It loses connection halfway through the settings etc. have been busy almost 30 min trying to reset the charger and reconnecting to my Wi-Fi and still not able to do that due to it losing Bluetooth connection. I will be requesting for a replacement as this is a huge problem.
