It's easy to buy tickets, however I prefer to download the tickets instead of storing them in eventim app.

Was able to access the QR codes for the gig tickets with no problems. These were uploaded on the morning of the concert and had no problems accessing them to get through the turnstiles despite there obviously being thousands of people in the vicinity (Metallica, Berlin Olympia stadium). Comms is good, I had a couple of emails about what and what not to take to the venue which was translated by Google. If much prefer to use this app and travel than line the pockets of Ticketmaster in the UK.

I purchased tickets for BBI Dubbi through the BBI Dubbi website, and the tickets never show up in the Eventim app. When I log in, it doesn't show any of my past events. When I searched for BBI Dubbi 2026, it didn't even show the event.

You cannot download tickets as PDF. I got really sick and i couldn't even sell my ticket so I cannot afford the right nutrition or medicine because I spent money on my ticket this month and cannot sell it. I am never buying here again. Only buy if it's a week before the event.

Storing and using tickets is OK, however, I cannot sell ticket, the button does nothing; and support is not answering, I don't like that at all… to developers: the button does nothing, that's part of the application, isn't it? There's no action, nor error, that's why I'm complaining it doesn't work properly
