App had the essential features for me to see my ticket. It would be good for tickets to be available 18 hours prior to an event in case of a user struggling to get Wi-Fi on the day of the event and not have a last minute panic before seeing the offline version of their ticket.

I cannot download my tickets through the APP because it tells me that my device is jailbroken which it definitely isn't. And I didn't ask for the app the first place, I thought I would receive my tickets by email. This is the worst website (Hammersmith Apollo) that I have ever tried to book anything, but it's not possible to submit my review with no stars, so I have reluctantly given it one star. And now I don't know how to get my tickets

Offensive that you have to download the app to get tickets, will download the app, screenshot the tickets, print them and uninstall the app.
