The online booking system seems to be faulty and didn't register the fact it was an advance booking. Whilst still in Spain, I received a call from your driver advising me he was a few minutes away! From Madrid? I don't think so!! However, your driver who actually picked us up eventually at Gatwick was excellent;)

Decent app, easy to check a price without actually making a booking. Maps work well and have always found my location. Slight lag in home screen (android 8 on Huawei p20) but that's not a problem. What I like over Uber is it's not easy to" accidentally" book a cab you don't really need. Away from the app, cars always good and price quoted is what you pay, no Uber" surcharges". I like the app and I like their cabs.

You can't even register - open the app, and it asks for a code that's been emailed. YOU DON'T HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS YET. Madness. Literally useless

Prices went up by 50%, service was unreliable, many times no show or up to 40 minutes late. Recent updates broke paying by card and tracking features.

Booking a taxi for the weekend to get to work, booked and trip confirmed the night before. 7.24am I get a notification on my phone saying my booking is in progress and a driver will be allocated. Call the office at time the taxi was booked for, and get told that I'll have to wait 35 minutes for a taxi. I'd already prepaid on the app and was told to call rather than use the app as it makes the bookings even if there are no taxis
