Stopped working in January and I can't get it to reconnect. Worked when I was actually at the property (a holiday rental) but won't work remotely from my home. Worked fine for a year. An expensive purchase for 12 months use. Now July 2022 and still cannot get this app to work, even after contacting Farho direct. The update they sent is not downloadable and page not found 404 on the website.

Difficult to set up. When finally got connected (had to hard-wire into router), would not allow to set up zones. Not impressed with this product at all.1

Absolutely shocking app, if we had known how bad it was we would have gotten different heaters. They need to sort it out.
