Excellent. Great and easy to use. A bit complicated to set up.

★☆☆☆☆ gus knight · Oct 30, 2025

Absolutely shocking app, if we had known how bad it was we would have gotten different heaters. They need to sort it out.

★☆☆☆☆ Chris Davies · Aug 29, 2025

Hard to set up, will not communicate with Wi-Fi, factory reset 10 times and still not working 😕

★☆☆☆☆ Gill Tapping · Jul 25, 2022

Stopped working in January and I can't get it to reconnect. Worked when I was actually at the property (a holiday rental) but won't work remotely from my home. Worked fine for a year. An expensive purchase for 12 months use. Now July 2022 and still cannot get this app to work, even after contacting Farho direct. The update they sent is not downloadable and page not found 404 on the website.
