I've had in-person hypnotherapy sessions in the past, this app is even better. Ailsa has an incredibly calming voice, the content is both comprehensive and structured for ease of use. It is like having access to you're own personal hypnotherapist, 24x7. I've used the Sleep and Relaxation recordings the most, waking in the morning 'feeling amazing'. There are many apps out there, this one is so useful and incredible. Without question, I highly recommend this app. Well done Ailsa, amazing.

Ailsa's app is a delight to use both visually and aurally. The colors are beautiful and calming to look at and the sessions are well-thought-out and cover a multitude while Ailsa's voice is very easy to listen to. I highly recommend this app and often listen when going to sleep and when getting ready for my day to boost the positive messages in my head. I also look forward to any new additions in the future. Thank you, Ailsa.
