HelloMind helps you battle problems like stress, bad sleep, weight gain and low self-esteem. Choose a treatment, then relax and listen to the sessions. HelloMind helps you take back control from negative emotions, cravings, fears and bad habits and it can improve your motivation and enjoyment of life.
Low self-esteem, stress, fear, bad sleep and unhealthy habits sometimes hold us back in life and prevent us from enjoying things to the fullest. The good news is these negative patterns can be broken or eliminated.
We created the HelloMind app to help you make a change. We want you to be able to think better and feel stronger anywhere, any time without having to spend a lot of time and money on treatment.
The key to happiness lies within you, and HelloMind works because you are making the change yourself.
Choose a treatment with 10 sessions if you want help to remove or change something like a craving, a habit or a fear. Each session takes about 30 minutes, and your series of 10 sessions should be completed within about 30 days.
Choose a Booster if you’d like to reinforce good emotions boost motivation or strengthen a certain area of yourself.
HelloMind uses a method called RDH - Result Driven Hypnosis, a form of guided hypnosis.
RDH is especially effective because it helps you go to the root cause of your problem. The theory behind it says that when you’re consciously able to define the problem, your subconscious can find the solution. That’s why you’re gently guided into your subconscious towards the root of your problem then given the tool to fix it.
The ten sessions in a treatment or the sessions in a Booster are variations on the same theme, so you’ll hear something different every time you listen. But listening to all 10 sessions in treatment is the only way to ensure that you go deep enough into your subconscious to discover the root of the problem. Every time you listen, you’ll feel a little more safe, because the process is underway and you’ve become accustomed to it. That’s why you relax more as the hypnosis stages become more profound.
When choosing a hypnotherapy treatment, you should always begin with your main problem. The app will guide you to the right treatment or Booster with simple questions. Choosing the right treatment is actually an important part of the process. When you can consciously define the problem, your subconscious will identify the solution.

A comfortable couch for my mind! Wonderful app. Professional, engaging, well-paced and effective. I use it often in the evening before sleep. One suggestion would be not to come out of a session awake and alert! Maybe offer the option to drift off to sleep? Overall a terrific program.

I have found this approach to hypnotherapy is very sound and trustworthy. Having done live hypnotherapy over a number of years, using the sessions as designed on this app gives comparable results. Thank you. The subscription fee for a whole year (that includes all courses and sessions) costs less than one face to face session, and that alone is worth the investment imo. Wonderful and very helpful.

Wonderful application…… application is simple and easy to use…… but the butter is the sessions…. The sessions are of highest quality… I can say that because I have studied hypnosis from direct hypnosis to indirect Erickson Hypnosis of Milton H Erickson and have been using so many different hypnosis audios for more than 20 years … some do nothing, some even make you tense, some relax your pretty well without lasting change but hello mind audio sessions of Jacob Trachoma are so far of the highest quality….. I repeat “OF HIGHEST QUALITY”. These sessions are so much more relaxing than other hypnotic sessions but the other thing is these sessions change you for better …. I am giving four stars actually four and half stars because …. People as individual will not respond to every treatment in the application, but I assure you that, if you try different treatments or boosters you will find one or more that will fit/match your personality and your subconscious mind will respond beautifully…. Great app but can't sign in. would love to buy a subscription but no matter what I try to set up an account I don't get anywhere. One time password-not recognized. Reset password-always says link already used. Left feeling stressed and annoyed which defeats the point of the app for me.

Amazing app... from the 4 very short 5-40 min sessions,.but it's NOT free, does not give you 7 days, nor the 7 days free when you subscribe. I didn't get enough time to even know if this app was going to work for me or not. I was very pleased with the first session, but will not pay one hundred a year, nor twelve dollars a month for an app that I don't know for certain is going to work or not. Disappointing, as I had high hopes.
